Necaise & Company is a full service accounting and consulting firm that strives to meet the goals and expectations of our clients. The organization was originally established as a partnership in 2006 between Ty, Sandy and Jackie, but has since reorganized as a CPA firm with locations in Kiln and Gulfport, Mississippi.  Since its inception, the company has added two support staff positions to serve the needs of our clients. Combined, our principal and staff members have many years experience serving various industries with accounting, tax and advisory services; which includes extensive experience with non-profit and governmental accounting and auditing.  Our group is committed to client service.

Our Firm is a member of the American Institute of Certified Publish Accountants (AICPA), the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA) and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).  Not only do we meet the continuing education requirements of these three organizations, we exceed them with in-house education requirements that are necessary to stay up to date with today’s rapidly changing profession.

Staff Qualifications and Development

Our Firm is able to provide a diverse service base by allowing our professional staff to specialize in various areas of the profession.  Each staff member has dedicated significant time to educate themselves in their respective area.  In order to make sure work is properly planned and executed, we assign staff members to each engagement based on their background and experience.   

Services

At Necaise & Company, we pride ourselves with providing services specifically tailored to the individual needs of our clients.  Some of the traditional services we provide include; monthly, quarterly or annual bookkeeping, financial statement compilations, payroll services and sales tax preparation. A few of the non-traditional services we offer include; QuickBooks training and internal control consulting and implementation. 

Our accounting professionals use their collective experience in serving privately held businesses to achieve the desired result of compliance and timely filing of federal and state tax returns.  Based upon the information and knowledge gathered through the tax preparation process, we are able to provide a more customized approach of tax consultation.

Audit services are provided using the risked based audit model.  This is achieved by effectively evaluating an entity and customizing our engagements to meet the assurance levels desired.  We believe the key to an effective, efficient audit is based upon strong, timely, open communication to avoid surprises on both sides.
